central location, stylish common areas, impressive attention to detail
Where's the ironing board? Ironing on the bed is a stretch!!! Only 2 coffee sachets with no tea bags? Pretty basic!!! The coffee cups are too small, not fitting for breakfast!!! A proper toaster is needed!!!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Quarter. However, the room lacked a real window, which made it feel a bit closed in for our stay.

Amazing staff and location!
The staff here were super helpful and friendly. They even helped me plan my day trips! I loved the huge breakfast spread, especially the pho, it was so good! The only thing was my room lacked a decent view, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, had a cozy stay!

Had an amazing time here with friends! We visited the nearby Hoan Kiem Lake and explored the vibrant Old Quarter. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we found the location perfect for popping out to try delicious street food. Recommend checking out tours through the hotel—they made things so much easier for us!
We faced a little inconvenience due to the shower that struggled with water temperature control, which was a bit frustrating during our stay.
